What is a Bothy?

In the Scottish Highlands, these wee huts would be found in remote mountainous areas and would always be left open to provide shelter, food and a wee dram for weary travellers.

Our version of The Bothy aims to provide the same thing! With over 200 different single malts (and counting), over 16 wines by the glass and a fresh menu of eats (haggis anyone?) we hope to bring some of that Scottish hospitality to Edmonton.
